Y4 Play
On Friday 9th May, Year 4 presented their play about Sir David Hattenscarf, a fearless explorer, who led five children on a magical journey around the world. Transported from their grandmother's attic on an enchanted carpet the children encountered exotic animals (camels, orangutang, tigers, turtles, penguins and whales), fascinating people and diverse cultures, discovering the wonders of our planet while raising awareness of climate change and the need to protect endangered species. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed their time on the stage, singing and dancing and we hope audience did as well.
