Roxeth celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in style!
Published 18/07/22The day started with an assembly in the hall to learn all about the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. We all dressed in red, white or blue to celebrate the occasion and some of the children and adults even wore crowns which looked beautiful.
The hall and dining tables were emblazoned with union jacks as lunch time staff served school lunches. The playground was adorned with bunting made by children from every class.
During the afternoon, we had a whole school picnic where children brought in de licious food and ate it on the top playground in a picnic. Year 3 classes even made royal cupcakes which looked scrumptious!
