Y6 Extended Writing Workshop

A group of Year 6 pupils attended an extended writing workshop at Whitmore High School, designed to challenge and stretch their reading and writing abilities. The session formed part of a “Chilling Challenge” event, where pupils engaged in a themed, creative writing experience aimed at developing more sophisticated ideas and techniques. Throughout the morning, pupils worked alongside secondary specialists, gaining insight into KS3 expectations while refining their own writing skills and experimenting with language.
