Required from January 2019

 

The staff, governors and children of Roxeth Primary School are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to join this thriving school. Following on from our successful Ofsted inspection in October 2015 we are looking for a leader with the vision and expertise to work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to take the school to ‘outstanding’. We want a leader with energy, positivity, enthusiasm and character to enthuse staff and pupils through the next stages of the school’s development.

 

The successful candidate will:

 

  • Be able to inspire, challenge and motivate all children and adults to achieve

 

  • Be an excellent class teacher who can demonstrate a record of success in raising children's attainment and be able to work in a creative      and inspirational way to improve standards of teaching and learning

  • Be able to analyse data to support school improvement

       

  • Be committed to the principles of inclusion and to safeguarding children

 

  • Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour and a strong rapport with children·
